Yup! Since holidays are gone, it’s about time to start doing whatever it is in your new years resolution. I know for a fact that losing weight is on top of everybody’s list, some might start running 20 minutes a day, walking, use of stairs instead of elevators, eating less, use an ellipticals , regardless of the method you want to try, it doesn’t matter as long as you hit your goal.And good luck to all of us!
