I’m thinking of taking a multivitamin supplement to help me with my bad eating habit.  I don’t know what’s wrong with me.I’m sure I have no eating disorder of any kind because I love to eat, I like eating, but I can’t eat a lot. Most of the time, few minutes after eating a regular meal, I will start burping that later on turn into vomiting and I’m not even pregnant! (keep my finger crossed). This is not new to me actually, it all started a long time ago, I’m too old to remember.  I have a history of ulcer during my elementary years,  I only eat once a day. Now I’m thinking,maybe my stomach is not used to have more than my usual intake of food thus I have to vomit after.Hubby suggest the vitamins, I hope it will work.

    I guess your stomach is just stressed with the amount of food you are taking. I suggest you eat in small portions (I know it’s hard, I know how it feels not eating all I want) and then take some multivitamins to supplement the things your body needs. Smile
