—-Today’s is a great day, althought wordpress almost ruined it! But it’s ok now and I don’t want to think about it anymore but instead I want to Thank this two company who help me saves the day and NO,THIS IS NOT A PAID POST but more on GRATTITUDE POST.
Let me talk about Paypal first. While in the Phils two years ago,I started to try paid blogging and thats when I registered with Paypal. Although I was in the Phils, I used our address in US thinking that I will verify it as soon as I get back there. Unfortunately, we never did comeback to US but instead we moved here in Canada. When I came here, I registered a new one and I try to withdraw my funds by requesting a check, I used our US address hoping that the check will make it on time while my husband was there taking care of our stuff, sad to say, we got all our stuff here and the check didn’t make it. Last March,I recieved an email from paypal regarding the undeliverable check, that they will send it back to my account because it wasn’t encash, but the problem was, I already deleted that old paypal email and I already forgot about my $55 which is by the way my first income from blogging. Then while dropping my EC two days ago, I stumble on this one blog on how paypal person was really helpful to him and so I thought maybe I would give it a try if they can trace my old check and maybe they can deposit it to my current account. And so I did, I called them yesterday and wait until an agent ,a REAL PERSON AGENT talk to and listen to my whole crappy story, after I gave him all the necessary info, I was told that he’ll do everything to help me, and I was like, ok, thinking how most of the customer service works, you know. But I was so happy when I open my email today informing me about the transfer of my precious $55. I am so happy. He keep his promise! Don’t you love those people who really do their job! And yeah, I also received the survey email and I gave him excellent review! 
And now,let’s talk about my ever reliable hosting provider. You see when I open my wordpress dashboard this morning, there was an upgrade notice for its latest version. So, as always,I click the link and proceed with the upgrade, I upgraded all my blogs without checking the first one first and it’s too late when I realized that the latest version have so many problems. I check the wordpress support forum to found out that I’m not the only one having trouble at all, and others have far worse than what I got. So, I emailed the vortext customer support asking if they can downgrade mine because it’s my last resort, and as always, they did it and now I’m happy as a camper!
This company already help me countless times, since day one of installing my blog, whenever I commit a mistakes in my cpanel,they always help me and I’m so happy with it. I would recommend this company to anyone who really want a reliable hosting customer service because their people is very helpful.
And note to Wordpress user: DO NOT UPGRADE,I repeat DO NOT UPGRADE!!!
