Last Thursday, the boy’s school held their annual Book Fair sponsored by Scholastic Book Club. The boys are a member of this book club even before they started the school. I registered them when we were still in US and they send us books from time to time. The goal of the Fair is to encourage the kids to read. We pretty much had a busy day today. A friend from church moved to a new place and she asked if Ken can help moving her stuff together with other friends from church, so we went there around 1pm, look at Kendrick inside the car on our way there, we stay there until around 5 pm and head home because we have to take the boys for Trick or Treat in town, they dress up as GI Joe and Batman, and look how much candy they got, How was your Halloween weekend? Last Thursday, the school where my boys are attending held a Meet The Teacher BBQ. It was held around 4:30pm after class. It was a great opportunity for the teachers to meet and have a casual chat than being a parents to my son’s teacher or vice versa.
